　　1. 勇于表現個人風格，不要拘泥形式

　　英文簡歷沒有所謂的固定形式，你必須衡量自身以及職務需求，打造最能凸顯優勢的內容呈現方式，并且格式要自行設計。往往履歷本身的整體獨創性也會是列入評分的項目之一。以所附的模板為例，有時候你可能不一定要寫出“professional Qualities”(技能以及專長)這個項目，或甚至“Summary”(經歷概要)來加以代替，這些都完全取決于你自己的彈性。

　　2. 文章以條列編排為最高原則

　　HR可能每天要看的履歷不只上百封，停留在一份履歷的時間頂多不超過10～20秒的時間。因此建議將文章內容以條列方式呈現，讓主試者在短短的時間內能馬上抓住這份履歷的重點。

　　3.盡量控制在一張以內的`份量

　　一份厚厚的簡歷對忙碌的人事主管來說會是個可怕的夢魘。因此即使有再輝煌的事跡值得陳述，還不如多費一點心思設計你的版面，務必以不超過兩張紙為原則。

　　4.搭配求職信(cover letter)
