A month ago I sent my resume to 3M by 51job.I never expect that I can get the chance of intrview.

Only because I am not satisfied with my present work status, then I want to look for another company.

Before interview, I had got some informations from the employee in 3M who said that 3M in recent years

went down gradually and that the salary was not competetive compared with my present. In addition,

discussions in the network for example TIANYAN about 3M is not good.What's more, this position offered

is a factory in a remote place.

I had thought that I should not particitate in the interview. However, in the university I submitted my

resume for several times, they only gave me a short interview on the spot of recruitment with three questions

and then let me go. At that moment I even didnot know what is 3M. Three years later I received a formal intrview,

but I only regard it as a training of interview.

In the network 8846 I found the bus line between the my living place and the 3M factory. Unfortunately the network

gave me a wrong informations so that I shifted four bus and then reached the factory 15 minutes later than the time

appointed.I had expactd that in the whole process of interview english was only one language.In fact, most of time was

occupied by Chinese.Ony when at the end, the Hr MM test my English level by several questions.

The first question is: what is your biggest challenge you met in your present job?

Then I BaLa,BaLa,...........

Folowing the topic she asked several questions

I still also BaLa,BaLa,......

In the interview, the technical manager always talked with some quetions I was mot familiar with and his questions were not

clear.No one knew what he wanted to know. At last I know that he actualy would like to look for a senior process engineer in charge

of operating.I have no experience about the operation and I also am not interested in the operation position.

Near the tea point I never saw the coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even one-time cup. I felt that at least this factory did not manufacture the

product with high value and the profit was poor. It is well knew that if one factory can not get good profit it have to reduce the cost, which

has been checked by myself in the factories of our group company and my colleague from Dupont also confirmed.

In a word,3M or the like P&G is a great interest for freshmen from University.3M is not as good as expected.
