　　1. 描述成就要有邏輯

　　描述你接到的任務或需要解決的難題，為了解決問題，你具體做了什么，結(jié)果如何。

　　例句:

I implemented an employee satisfaction survey and suggestion program, established coaching plans for supervisors, and instituted a weekly staff meeting.
