英語電話通話禮儀
生活中,我們常常使用各種問候語和禮貌用語,其實英語中同樣存在著豐富的禮貌用語。然而,在不同場合下選擇正確的問候和禮貌用語非常重要,否則可能會誤解對方或顯得不禮貌。下面給大家分享英語電話通話禮儀,歡迎閱讀!
1. 介紹自己,可以說:
(1) This is ... (speaking).
(2) This is 7863469.
(3) ... is here. 千萬不能說 Im ...
2. 詢問對方是誰,可以問:
(1)Whos that?
(2) Whos speaking (calling), please? 千萬不能問 Who are you?
3. 詢問對方是不是某人,應問:
Is that ...? 或 Is that ... speaking (calling)? 絕對不能問 Are you ...?
4. 通話時,有重要的事情要處理,不得不中斷通話,要有禮貌地請對方稍等,可以說:
(1)Hold on, please.
(2)Just a moment, please.
(3) Wait a minute, please.
5. 通話時,應說明打電話的意圖或征求對方的意見,可以說:
(1)Im calling to tell you ...
(2) Im calling to ask you ...
6. 打電話時,撥錯了電話號碼,應說:Sorry, wrong number.
7.學習簡單幾句,禮貌結束通話:
(1)Ive really got to go, Ill get back to you when I get the office.
我真的得走了,我進辦公室再打給你。
(2)Sorry, I must end the conversation. Theres someone on the other line.

一、不太會講英語的要怎么說:
(1) 請稍待片刻。 Just a moment, please.

二、接電話的開場白

三、不明了對方所言時
