How time flies! I have been working in our company for one year, and I feel very happy to work in Commerce Department ofXXXX.First of all, I want to thank the company leadership for paying a lot of attention on me, providing me such a good working environment and giving me a developing platform. Since I join our team,I do my best to work hard, and always work with positive attitude. Besides this, I also have been conscientious and strive to do my job better. I believe you can understand how hard-working I am because you are my direct leader.
自去年進入公司以來，作為商務部專員的我提成方案是商務部整體毛利潤的1%，在自己的努力與公司的肯定下7月升為商務部經理，提成方案依然是1%但是需要扣除17個點稅的凈利潤的情況下同時扣去銷售人員的10%提成后的商務部利潤的1%，實際提成的百分點在減低。先向公司申請提成方案為商務部利潤的2%。目前我的底薪依然為主管底薪，先向公司申請能享有部門經理待遇的底薪。
I worked as a consultant of Commerce Department at first. My bonus is 1% of the total gross profit of Commerce Department. Because of my excellent job I became manager of Commerce Department in July this year. My bonus is still 1%, but actually my bonus is not as much as before. We need to deduct 17% tax amount of our net profit, and then we need to deduct 10% sales bonus of sales officers. At last, my bonus is the one which is deducted both tax amount and sales bonus. The actual percentage is decreasing. So first I want to apply for improving my bonus percentage to 2% of Commerce Department profit. Second, I want to apply for basic salary of department manager.
