Presently I am working as a Financial Customer Service Assistant at Hipnotic Cosmetics. My work includes meeting and handling clients and answering to their finance related queries efficiently. I have worked closely with the accounts department and answered to their bill related issues.
I have received my Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance being my core subject from Alliant International University, California. I have gained knowledge of database management systems. I have learnt Epicor database system and also worked with SAP. I am well equipped in using MS Office, Tally and other such needed software’s.
