如何充滿自信輕松自如地聊天？
當(dāng)你準(zhǔn)備說英語的時候是不是說不來呢?你的舌頭打結(jié)了嗎?Cat got your tongue? Are you tongue-tied?如果是，你可能只是很害羞。這些成語都指的是當(dāng)你想說什么但是就是不能把這些詞說出口的情景。你將能自信說英語嗎?
這兒有一些能讓你克服害羞問題的技巧
Practice out loud.
你可能早已聽說過了。唯一的方法就是不斷操練。經(jīng)常使用英語并大聲的說出口。一些學(xué)生默默無聲的操練-只在腦海中進行對話。但你需要讓你的嘴巴習(xí)慣這些單詞-而且你的耳朵也要習(xí)慣他們。你可以在任何時間大聲操練-私底下的，和朋友一起，或在在線口語課堂中操練。
Plan ahead and warm up.
如果你必須使用英語對話或演講時，想一想你需要講的話。事先操練一些短語。適應(yīng)一些語音。然后，和別人的對話你就能有所準(zhǔn)備了。
Build confidence by going back to basics.

Umm and aah.
