　　There was a lack of growth opportunities, as the company wasquite small. One of the reason I am so interested in yourcompany is that it is much bigger organization with formalcareer planning structures in place.

　　公司規(guī)模太小，缺少成長(zhǎng)空間。我對(duì)貴公司感興趣的原因之一就是，貴公司是一個(gè)規(guī)模較大的公司，并且有職業(yè)規(guī)劃體系。

　　There was very little opportunity for me to use my initiative. I regard this as one of my strengths.I found it frustrating that I was unable to get past the bureaucracy of such a big company toimplement any improvements. This is why I am enthusiastic about working for a smaller companylike this one, which I know will encourage employees to use their initiative.

　　過去(在那里)很少有機(jī)會(huì)能讓我運(yùn)用自己的自主能力。我將這種能力視為我的優(yōu)勢(shì)之一。我發(fā)現(xiàn)在大公司，我根本無法與官僚主義抗衡做出貢獻(xiàn)時(shí)，我很失望。這就是我希望在一個(gè)像貴公司這樣較小型的公司工作的原因，因?yàn)橐?guī)模較小的公司都鼓勵(lì)員工發(fā)揮他們的自主能力。

　　I’ve given this question some thought, and overall I’ve been very satisfied with my jobs. I’ve beenable to work with some really interesting people. But I have to say that I did have a job wherethere was an inordinate amount of paperwork. Because working with people is my strength, thepaperwork really bogged me down at times.

　　針對(duì)這個(gè)問題，我思考過很多次，整體來說，我很滿意我之前的.工作。我可以和一些很有趣的人一起工作，但是我必須要說，我工作中的文書工作實(shí)在是多得不合常理。與人打交道是我的特長(zhǎng)，但是文書工作常常讓我陷入僵局。

　　As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry levelposition. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my fullpotential because the lack of challenges. I also didn’t think there was room for advancement in thecompany. I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company.But I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognizedand there is the opportunity for growth.

　　作為一個(gè)職場(chǎng)新人，公司提供了一個(gè)很好的入門級(jí)工作機(jī)會(huì)。但是工作這么多年后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我沒法充分發(fā)揮自己的潛能，因?yàn)槿鄙偬魬?zhàn)。我也不認(rèn)為在公司有上升空間。我喜歡在那里工作，我也感激在那里學(xué)到的技能。但是我覺得我的技能在別處能得到更好的利用，同時(shí)我的能力也會(huì)受賞識(shí)，我也更有成長(zhǎng)空間。
