　　Today is Mother’s Day. I know some of my classmates are going to help their mothers with the housework, others .are going to buy some flowers for their mothers. I want to say to her that I love her very much. But as a boy, it is a bit difficult for me to show my heart. I think only girls can do that.

　　My mother is very kind. She takes care of me day and night.

　　She spends little money, but buys anything for me that I need.

　　This time I must show my love. I am going to give her a card and write like this, "I love you, mother!" I am going to put it under her pillow

　　Today is Mother's Day. I love my mother so much that I've done many things for her.

　　In the morning, I bought some flowers with pocket money and put them in a vase. In the afternoon I went to the market to buy some vegetables and cooked a simple but delicious dinner for my family. After supper, I sent my mother a card and read "Happy Mother's Day to her. Then I told her to take care of her health. I also promised to help her with housework. Hearing those words, she was moved .

　　Mother's DayMother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy, Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

　　One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually, dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the dining table.

　　After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

　　Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take actions!

　　Today is Mother's Day.1 wanted to celebrate it for my mother and give her a big surprise. In the early morning,I brought home a bunch of pink camations. Having heard my mother get up,1 went into her room and said“Happy Mother's DayI”giving her fiowers. Having seen the beautiful flowers,

　　my mother was excited. Then my father and I began to cook. When breakfast was served, my mother was very happy even with tears in her eyes. .

　　After brealdast, I did the dishes and cleaned rooms. Although I was very tired, I felt happy. At noon, my father drove us to a nice restaurant, where we ordered the dishes my mother liked best.

　　Then we went to the cinema and saw the latest film Avatar.

　　We went to the supermarket when the film came to an end and bought some vegetables and meat.After arriving at home, my father and I were busy cooking in the Htchen. At 8 0'clock, dinner wasserved and we had a good time, chatting, eating and drinking.
