　　寫英文簡歷要注意那些細節問題 ?

　　英文語法和句式上的問題略過，那屬于英文寫作。

　　這里只說文字設計(typography)，雖然高級的文字設計和內容從來密不可分。

　　簡歷是大多數人實踐文字設計的最常見載體。

　　人人都希望簡歷給人留下好印象，因此或多或少會告誡自己「注意排版」。

　　以下十條是最基本的規則，若能做到，你的英文簡歷已經比 90% 的中國人(包括英文系學生)的規范美觀了。

　　一、標點符號一律使用半角。

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個半角空格。

　　錯誤：Hi,I'm an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I don't know how to code.

　　三、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

　　五、書名、雜志名、電影名、音樂專輯名、英文中出現的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。

　　六、對于電話區號應用不同的符號區分。

　　七、對于有序列表，應采用「阿拉伯數字 + 英文句點 + 半角空格」的方式。

　　但同一個單詞內的括號例外：

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：

　　em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

　　寫完英文簡歷注意事項：

　　1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等文書處理軟件會自動將其轉為 em dash。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。

　　2.破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統一。
