　　我于2011年7月在合肥xx酒店進行了半年期是實踐工作，了解到了作為一名優(yōu)秀的管理人，應(yīng)該具備良好的專業(yè)素質(zhì)和熟練的技能。在酒店實習(xí)期，在餐飲部和前廳部分別學(xué)習(xí)了不同部門的專業(yè)技能，也了解到公司里的每個部門雖有不同，卻是個密不可分的整體。所以在工作中應(yīng)該互相理解，為自己也為大家，和諧工作才能創(chuàng)造輕松愉快的工作環(huán)境，才能創(chuàng)利!這是我在實習(xí)期間的心得。

　　My name is XXX, is the anhui xx, xx university institute of tourism culture tourism management and xx years graduate.
