英文求職信應(yīng)注意的問題
求職信的第一段說明寫信的目的，專家認(rèn)為不宜用下邊的語句。如用下面的句子做開頭，因?yàn)檫@樣的句子被人用得大多，所以顯得陳腐，失去特點(diǎn)。

求職信要發(fā)揮最大的效果，語氣必須肯定、自信、有創(chuàng)意而不過分夸張，如能事先了解雇主的喜好，或其他人格特點(diǎn)，根據(jù)物以類聚的原理，求職信如果能迎合雇主的特點(diǎn)，求職的人一定可以比其他人占上風(fēng)，獲得面談的機(jī)會。
注意下面句子中語氣的不同：
A：I think that I should probably make a good ***** for you. 我想我可能成為貴公司的優(yōu)秀的員工。
B：I am confident that my experience and references will show you that I can fulfill the particular requirements of your ***** position. 我想信我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和別人對我的推薦可以使您充分了解我符合貴公司*****一職的需要。
C：I recently completed a course in filing at the ***** School of Business. I am competent not only to install a filing system that will fulfill the needs of your organization, but I am also well qualified to operate it efficiently. 最近我在***********讀完*******課程，我相信不僅可以設(shè)計(jì)一套符合您的要求檔案分類系統(tǒng)，而且可以進(jìn)行有效的操作。
D：I feel quite certain that as a result of the course in filing which I completed at the ******** School of Business, I can install and operate efficiently a filing system for your organization. 我相信經(jīng)過我在*******學(xué)校的********課程學(xué)習(xí)之后，我能夠替貴公司設(shè)置并且操作一套檔案分類系統(tǒng)。
第一句顯得語氣太弱，寫信的人有點(diǎn)羞怯的樣子。第二句有特殊風(fēng)格，第三句太過自信，第四句，作者表示謙虛。
公司的老板大多認(rèn)為，注重小節(jié)的人對重大的事務(wù)也會謹(jǐn)慎行事。一個人做人做事是否謹(jǐn)慎可以從一封求職信中看出來。別看輕了短短一封信，一封求職信可以顯露出一個人的嗜好、鑒別力、教育程度以及人格特性。下列幾個要點(diǎn)便是泄露一個人秘密的地方。因此，寫信的人一定要留意。
A.紙張的選用：最好使用品質(zhì)優(yōu)良，白色的信紙。信封要配合信紙的顏色。
B.書寫：求職者一般是把求職信打印出來，并加親筆簽名。簽名時字體要寫得莊重得體，龍飛鳳舞的字跡無疑是自尋絕路。
C.格式：正文要適當(dāng)?shù)嘏帕性谛偶堉校袷揭囊恢拢灰型靖淖儭?
D.語法、標(biāo)點(diǎn)和拼寫：正確無誤的語法、標(biāo)點(diǎn)和拼寫使讀信人感到舒暢，錯誤的語法或拼寫則十分明顯，一望即知，給人留下不好的印象。尤其要注意的是，絕不可把收信人的姓名或公司名稱拼錯了。
E.信封：信封上面的地址要完整，稱謂要合時宜，信紙的折疊要適當(dāng)，大小適合信封。
F.附件：求職信通常不須附加推薦信，除非招聘時有要求。遇到這種情形，只須附上復(fù)印件即可。另外，求職信內(nèi)附加郵票或貼好郵票寫好地址的回郵信封，強(qiáng)迫對方答覆的作法不宜使用，除非對方有此要求。
需要思考的地方
寫求職信需要留意幾個方面：
A.陳述事實(shí)，避免表示意見：與工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)有關(guān)的事實(shí)可以陳述出來，但不應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)將給未來工作帶來怎樣的好處。
B.不要批評他人：如果你要離開現(xiàn)職，可以說出原因但不要用批評的方式，雇主想要了解你，而非你的工作體會。
C.不要過分渲染自我：你當(dāng)然認(rèn)為有能力，夠資格才要申請某一職位，但不要過分夸大自己的能力或表現(xiàn)過分的信心，尤其不要說出與事實(shí)不符的能力來。
D.留意底薪：有的雇主要你提到希望的待遇。你要作準(zhǔn)確的判斷，寫出你覺得可行的最低薪金。很多人應(yīng)該知道，與其尋得一份高薪的工作倒不如找待遇尚可而有升遷機(jī)會的工作。
