　　Because it offers everything I've been looking for, both in the position and in the overall environment. It fits perfectly with my career plans.

　　Everything I've accomplished in my career to date has prepared me to perform the job you need done. My background in _______________________, my experience with ____________________, and my training in _______________________ uniquely qualify me to perform this job better than anyone else.

　　You won't find a better candidate or a more dedicated employee.

　　What do you know about our company?

　　(你應(yīng)事先做一番調(diào)查，選出該公司的兩三個(gè)正面因素，比如近年來的發(fā)展(growth in recent years)，市場(chǎng)份額的增長(zhǎng)(increasing market share)，突破性創(chuàng)新(innovative breakthroughs)等。然后還可以加上下面這一點(diǎn)：)

　　Absolutely. A job is a lot more than a paycheck—it's a responsibility. I can understand that some people like to leave their work at the office and finish it the next day. But when I'm given a task to complete, I do so as soon as possible, even if it requires that I work overtime.

　　When I've been given the responsibility for a job, I take it seriously. I make sure what needs to get done gets done. Whether I'm compensated for overtime or not, I derive personal satisfaction from the extra effort that results in success.

　　How much thought have you given to your future?

　　I think about my future on a regular basis, but in a practical way, rather than just wishing. I consider my attributes—my abilities, skills, and experience. Then I determine how I can combine them into an action plan.

　　Occasionally, I my plans in response to new information and opportunities. But I don't let them interfere with giving all I've got in the present. You don't improve the future by wasting time in the present. You get to it by making every day count.
