5) 結(jié)尾：提出面試請求，準(zhǔn)確提供便捷的聯(lián)系方式。
除此之外，看求職信的人還可能關(guān)注求職者的年齡、性格(主要是與人合作、溝通的能力)、工作習(xí)慣和奮斗目標(biāo)，求職者可視情況提供。
寫求職信主要使用一般現(xiàn)在時或現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時，但在介紹工作經(jīng)歷時要使用一般過去時或現(xiàn)在完成時。措辭要誠懇、有禮貌，對自己的能力要表現(xiàn)出適度的信心，不可過分謙虛或顯得自負(fù)。

3.1 表明申請何職

e.g. i should like to apply for the post of head nurse which you advertised in yesterday’s daily news.
b) i am applying for the post of…
e.g. i am applying for the post of senior registrar in the department of medicine, as advertised in the chinese medical journal of july 5.
c) i am writing to apply for…
e.g. i am writing to apply for a working position at your department.
2) 本人從……處獲悉……：
a) …informed me of an opening…, a position for which…
e.g. marilyn becker informed me of an opening in your secretarial staff, a position for which i should very much like to become a candidate.
b) …told me that…
e.g. ms. laura merton, your head nurse, told me that you are looking for a nurse in the intensive care unit, a position i would like to apply for.
c) from…i have noticed that…
e.g. from the newspapers i have noticed that your hospital is very much advanced in treating the cancer of lung, throat, and liver. i wonder if i could have an opportunity of working there.
d) having heard / learnt / been told that…
e.g. having been told that there is a vacancy in your hospital, i beg to take the liberty of offering you my service for the position.
e) being informed that…
e.g. being informed that you require the services of a pharmacist, i beg to apply for this position.

e.g. in reply to your advertisement in today’s newspaper, i would like to offer myself as a candidate for the post.

3.2 表述學(xué)歷
1)我畢業(yè)于……：i graduated from / i am a graduate from…
e.g. i am a graduate from the faculty of medicine of xi’an medical college, and have obtained a’s in all the required subjects such as general surgery, physiology, chemistry and pediatrics.
2) 我所學(xué)的專業(yè)是……：
a) i was trained to be… / i was trained as…
e.g. i was trained to be a surgeon in tongji medical college from 1996 to 2001. the academic records (which you will find in the enclosed copy of my transcripts) were good.
b) i majored in… / my major is…
e.g. i majored in advanced nursing in huaxi medical college.
3.3 敘述工作經(jīng)歷和業(yè)績
1)我從事……已經(jīng)有……：
a) i have been working as… / i worked as…for…
e.g. i have been working as a head nurse in the department of pediatrics for two years.
b) i have done…for…
e.g. i have taught immunology for five years in lanzhou medical college, and i am sure that they will be good enough to testify to my qualifications for the position i desire.

e.g. my experience in this line of work extends over ten years as an anaesthetist.
2) 我有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)從事……：i have had sufficient experience in…
e.g. i have sufficient experience in the work you have advertised.
3) 鑒于……，我相信我能夠……：as…, i trust i shall succeed in…
e.g. as i have already had some experience as a surgeon, i trust i shall succeed in giving you satisfaction.
4) 畢業(yè)后，我一直從事……：since leaving university / graduation, i have been engaged in…
e.g. since leaving university, i have been engaged in the research on cancer etiology. i have written two articles on that particular subject. both of them appeared in journal of chinese medicine this year (see enclosure), and won nation-wide attention.
