信封的寫(xiě)法
外企在華的分支機(jī)構(gòu)或分公司都會(huì)在招聘廣告中給出中文地址，絕大多數(shù)情況下。終究入鄉(xiāng)隨俗，也可以防止郵遞員因?yàn)榭床欢庹Z(yǔ)而投遞,只需按我國(guó)的習(xí)慣書(shū)寫(xiě)信封就可以了只是人名方面須要注意。如果廣告上寫(xiě)的聯(lián)系人是中文，困難。這種情況下。那么就直寫(xiě) “ 先生收 ” 女士收 ” 好了,但如果聯(lián)系人的名字是英文千萬(wàn)不要擅自把它譯為中文。哪怕這個(gè)名字看起來(lái)很普遍、很熟悉，如 “ James不要寫(xiě)成 “ 詹姆士 ” Smith 不要寫(xiě)成 “ 史密斯 ”
如果外企給的英文地址，另外一種情況。那信封的寫(xiě)法就應(yīng)遵循英美的習(xí)慣。一般的寫(xiě)法是信封的左上角(中文信封郵政編碼的地方)
信封中間的地方寫(xiě)的收件人的名字和地址。收發(fā)雙方的地址都要依照由小及大的順序排列，寫(xiě)的發(fā)件人的名字和地址。依次是第一行
第二行寫(xiě)市(縣)省名，寫(xiě)房屋號(hào)、門(mén)牌號(hào)碼、街道或路名。第三行寫(xiě)國(guó)家名稱(chēng)。需要注意的寄往國(guó)外的求職信都要加上 “ 中國(guó) ” 字樣
而且一定是國(guó)名前。對(duì)于發(fā)件人來(lái)說(shuō)，郵政編碼位于省或者直轄市那行的行尾。如果你留下的學(xué)校班級(jí)地址，則一般順序?yàn)椋旱谝恍袑?xiě)
第二行寫(xiě)系別，班級(jí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)。第三行寫(xiě)學(xué)校(如果系和學(xué)校字?jǐn)?shù)少，也可以寫(xiě)在一行)第四行寫(xiě)市(縣)省。可以每一行后都加上逗號(hào)
也可以行尾不加任何標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)。此外，最后一行句號(hào)。名字要寫(xiě)在地址之前。
