雇主都想要知道你是否能按照要求做好事情——這一評價從你的求職信開始。請按照要求的將簡歷制作成固定的文件格式 (PDF格式、微軟WORD文檔、文本文件等)，并發(fā)給某個制定的人。同樣的，若招聘說明中要求你寫出薪資要求以供參考，那么寫上你期待的薪資水平，除非你根本不想成為這一職位的候選人。在這一階段如果忽略了某項明確列出的要求，那么你注定要被淘汰了。
