英語從小開始學(xué)，可學(xué)了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關(guān)頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓(xùn)”饑不擇食。其實(shí)，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時(shí)積累的基礎(chǔ)上，注意一些細(xì)節(jié)，運(yùn)用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個(gè)成功的籌碼。
首先，平時(shí)要注意訓(xùn)練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個(gè)問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個(gè)“Pardon”，那現(xiàn)場氣氛定會(huì)急轉(zhuǎn)直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時(shí)，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發(fā)音要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發(fā)音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因?yàn)楹ε路刚Z法錯(cuò)誤而不敢說，大多數(shù)時(shí)候一些細(xì)小的語法錯(cuò)誤并不影響交際的進(jìn)行，老外們也不會(huì)特別在意。如果要說某個(gè)詞卻一時(shí)想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會(huì)導(dǎo)致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
