　　感謝信

　　分析：感謝信應(yīng)充分表達(dá)自己的謝意，切不可給對方草率的印象。可借助談對方的幫助來進(jìn)一步表達(dá)感激之情。言辭應(yīng)真摯、得體。大體可以分為三部分：1.指出對方幫助自己的事情，表示感謝;2.展開敘述這件事;3.再次感謝，并可表示希望回報對方。

　　范文：

　　Dear Xiao qiang,

　　I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude. I am referring to that unfortunate accident the other day, when I was knocked off my bike by a taxi.

　　If it had not been for your timely assistance in giving me first aid, I fear that the consequences might have been much serious. Everyone agrees that it was your quick-witted response in that emergency that has led to this satisfactory outcome.

　　Although nowadays people in mounting numbers talk about the need to be unselfish, we see very few people practice what they preach. If there were more people like you, this world would be a much nicer place.

　　道歉信

　　分析：道歉信通常結(jié)構(gòu)為1.表示歉意，道歉的原由;2.出現(xiàn)差錯的原因，提出彌補(bǔ)措施;3.請求原諒。注意點(diǎn)就是合情合理，行文順暢。

　　Dear Bob,

　　I'm writing to apologize for having forgotten to return the “the Beatles” CD to you when I left Canada.I was in such a hurry that I packed everything in my luggage without checking carefully. Had I paid more attention then, I wouldn't have made such a stupid mistake.

　　Now something must be done to solve the problem because I understand you cherish the CD enormously. I can either send it to you by express mail or alternatively compensate you ata reasonable price. If you do not mind, I may bring it back to you next time I go to Canada.

　　分析：推薦信要多寫優(yōu)點(diǎn)，充分肯定成績，篇幅不宜過長，但也不能三言兩語過于簡單。大體可以分為三步(段)：寫信目的，指出寫信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系;推薦原因(品質(zhì)，能力，性格等)：多寫優(yōu)點(diǎn)肯定成績;總結(jié)說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任某項工作)。
