Temporary Hotel Receptionist
Pleasant mediate-sized hotel at the heart of Cambridge seeks a young person with pleasant personality to assist the reception office.

一、第一部分要求考生寫一份求職申請(Letter of Application for Employment)，當(dāng)看到此題時(shí)：
1.考生要注意審題：
1)首先仔細(xì)閱讀該廣告;
2)弄清楚招聘單位對應(yīng)聘者的要求;
3)假設(shè)自己就是應(yīng)聘者，對照自身情況，看是否符合要求。尤其注意從技能(Skills)、專長(Speciality)、所受過的職業(yè)訓(xùn)練 (Training)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(Experience)和教育背景(Educational Background)等幾方面作自我評估，尋找兩相吻合的地方。
2. 寫求職信時(shí)應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)：
1)寫明你的詳細(xì)地址及電話號碼，以便對方與你聯(lián)系;
2)稱呼得當(dāng)。
如果廣告上沒有寫聯(lián)系人是誰，則在求職信的開頭可用：Dear Sir或Dear sirs。保險(xiǎn)一點(diǎn)，可寫 Dear sir/Dear madam。 如果廣告上已寫明聯(lián)系人，在寫求職信時(shí)，你就應(yīng)寫其姓名：Dear Mr. Smith,或Dear Ms. Shirley Green等。

最好開門見山，直接寫明你寫此信的目的，避免不必要的客套。

2) 正文(Body)
寫求職信就像推銷產(chǎn)品，言辭必須具有說服力，能打動(dòng)對方。因此在正文中，你必須著重強(qiáng)調(diào)你的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、長處，如學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷等，來證明你就是對方希望招聘的人員。但切忌過分夸張。
⑴ My working experience includes two months part-time receptionist with a CNR Co. and one year part-time assistant office manager for Haper’s Stationery.
⑵ I feel I am well qualified to ... for the following reasons...

最后，你可寫一些希望參加面試并請求對方盡快給你答復(fù)等客套話。
