　　A:聽說貴公司最近為建設東南部的電力工程項目要進行招標，這個消息是真的.嗎?

　　B：Yes, it is time to make arrangements now for invitation to be sent out. You are welt informed t

　　B:是的。我們是要準備招標。您的消息真夠靈通的!

　　A： When do you intend to start the invitation to tender?

　　A:您打算什么時候開始招標呢?

　　B： We expect to send the tender invitations sometime next month.

　　B:我們預計在下個月的某個時候發出招標通知。

　　A：What kind of equipment would you like to buy?

　　A:貴公司想購進什么設備?

　　B：The Item we'd like to buy is the advanced electric generator.

　　B:我們主要想購進較先進的發電機。

　　A：What’s the time set for the bidders to submit their bids?

　　A:投標期限定在什么時候?

　　B：The time period for bidding is temporarily set from 10th October to the end of October.

　　B:我們暫定在10月10日到10月底。

　　A: To whom will the bid be sent?

　　A:標書寄給誰呢?

　　B;You may send it to; International Tendering Department, China National Technical Import Corporation, Er Li Gou, Xijiao. Beijing, China 100044.

　　B:標書可以寄到中國北京西郊二里溝中國技術進口公司國際招標部。郵政編碼：100044。

　　A：Should the bidders make a cash deposit?

　　A:貴公司招標時，投標人要繳納保證金嗎?

　　B：Yes, certainly. According to the international practice, bidders need to hand in a cash deposit or a letter of guarantee from a commercial bank. If one fails to win the award，the cash deposit or the letter of guarantee shall be returned to the bidder within one week after the decision on award is declared.

　　B:那當然。根據國際慣例，投標人要繳納保證金或由商業銀行出具的保證函。如果沒有中標，那么在開標后的一周內，我們把保證金或保證函退還給投標人。

　　A： When do you expect to open the tender? And where?

　　A:貴公司準備什么時候開標?在哪兒開標?

　　B：1 st of November, in Beijing.

　　B:我們打算在11月1日，在北京開標。

　　A：Is tender-opening done publicly?

　　A:這次貴公司打算進行公開開標嗎?

　　B ： Yes, tender-opening is done publicly this time, all the bidders shall be invited to join us to supervise the opening.

　　B:我們這次采用公開開標。到時候請投標人參加，監視開標。

　　A：Would you please let me know something more about your conditions for a tender?

　　A:能否請您把招標條件更詳細地向我介紹一下?

　　B：Invitations will be sent next month, from which you can find the details.

　　B:下個月我們就發出招標通知，詳細內容您一看就清楚了。

　　A：Our corporation is very much interested. In this tender, we will try our best to win the award.

　　A:我們公司對這次招標是非常感興趣的，一定會盡力爭取中標。

　　B：l understand fully how you feel. If the conditions of your tender prove to be most suitable,of course well accept your tender.

　　B:您的心情我完全理解。如果貴公司的投標條件是最合適的，我們當然會選中的。

　　A:Mr Tang, I’ve asked too much today, I’m afraid.

　　A:唐先生，今天我問得太多了吧?

　　B：That's all right. You may contact Mr Meng Qiang our staff member for further detail, or talk to me directly, if you like.
