　　【Dialogue 1】：

英語面試：薪水期望篇

　　I: What is your salary at present?

　　A: My present pay is 100,000 Yuan per year.

　　I: What are your salary expectations now?

　　A: I like to be paid more than that. Hopefully, 120,000Yuan per year.

　　I: That?s a little more than we had planned.

　　A: I think you?ll find I?m worth that.

　　I: I can only offer you 110,000Yuan a year. Raises will be given after a three-month probation according to your performance. Is that satisfactory?

　　A: Yes, it is quite reasonable.

　　I: 你現(xiàn)在的薪水是多少?

　　A: 每年10萬元。

　　I: 你現(xiàn)在期望的薪水是多少?

　　A: 我希望能比原來的多些，希望是每年12萬元。

　　I: 這比我們原來計劃的多一些。

　　A: 我想你們會發(fā)現(xiàn)我是值得拿那個薪水的。

　　【Dialogue 2】：

　　I: What's your expected salary?

　　A: I expect to be paid according to my abilities.

　　I: How do you feel about an annual salary of 100,000Yuan plus bonus.

　　A: That?s a little less than I expected. But to me, the most important thing is the job and the people I will work with. Moreover, I am sure I will get a raise quickly depending on my background and experience.

　　I: That sounds very reasonable.

　　A: By the way, how long is my probation?

　　I: Generally it is 6 months and during this period you are half-paid.

　　I: How much do you expect to earn?

　　A: I think salary is closely related to the responsibilities of the job. Shall we discuss my responsibilities with your company first?

　　A: I know it is a crucial position, but I can do it well. So I?m asking for 200,000Yuan a year as a starting salary.

　　I: Ok.

　　I：What is your salary now?

　　I：What's your expected salary?

　　A：What is important to me is the job and the people I wil be working with，so regarding salary，I leave it to you and I am sure that you will make me a fair offer.

　　I：I can offer you 5，000 yuan per month.Raises are given after three months' probation period according to your performance.Is this satisfactory?

　　A：Yes，it is quite satisfactory.I accept it.

　　I：你現(xiàn)在的薪水是多少?

　　A：我現(xiàn)在的薪水是每月3000元。

　　I：你的期望薪水是多少?

　　A：對我來說，工作及同事較為重要，至于薪水，留給您來決定，我相信您會給我一份合理的薪水。

　　I：我一個月給你5千。三個月試用期后根據(jù)你的表現(xiàn)會增加，這樣滿意嗎?

　　A：是的，相當滿意，我接受。

　　【Dialogue 5】：

　　I：How about your present pay?

　　A：I am paid RMB 20，000 yuan each year.

　　I：Our salary scale is different，we pay on weekly basis，and an annual bonus equivalent to three months' salary.

　　A：That's fine.I will follow whatever rules you have here.

　　I：We will accept you for a three months' period of probation.

　　A：Thank you，I will try to do my best.

　　I：你現(xiàn)在的薪水是多少?

　　A：我年薪20，000元。

　　【Dialogue 6】：

　　I：What is your monthly salary now?

　　A：At present.I get 2，000 yuan per month.

　　I：What starting salary would you expect here?

　　A：I'd require a commencing salary of 2，500 yuan a month.

　　I：We are happy about your past experience，however，we must tell you that we can't pay you that much.

　　A：No，I don't mind being paid less than that，I prefer to learn more in a new position.

　　I：你現(xiàn)在的月薪是多少?

　　A：目前，我每月工資2，000元。

　　I：你期望在這里起薪多少?

　　A：我要求起薪每月2，500元。

　　【Dialogue 7】：

　　I：What kind of salary did you get at the previous job?

　　A：Well，I got one thousand eight hundred per month.

　　A：Yes，I think so.That would be more than I have expected.

　　A：For a post with good promotion prospect，I think it is reasonable.I can accept it.

　　I：Fine.When would you start working?

　　A：對于一份有著很好前景的崗位而言，我想這是合理的，我能接受。
