離職原因和應(yīng)聘原因
如今跳槽已是一個很普遍的現(xiàn)象，原因是多種多樣的。應(yīng)征者當(dāng)被問及跳槽的原因時要把握住一點，那就是你要說出現(xiàn)在應(yīng)聘的'這個公司能為你提供原公司不能提供的方面，包括個人發(fā)展（development）、機(jī)會（opportunity）、工作環(huán)境（working environment）等等。
